Send the floor plan, agreed work area, team size, room needs, existing brand assets and known constraints.
02Confirm the scope and start
Choose Presentation or Decision. We confirm sufficient inputs, full payment and the start and delivery date, time and time zone. A call is optional.
03Receive the complete proposal
24 hours
First complete delivery in 24 consecutive hours after confirmed payment and sufficient inputs: your portal, visual presentation and agreed files, plus analysis for Decision.
04Refine it together
Two consolidated revision rounds are included for the same floor and program. Corrections to our errors do not consume a revision round.

Two consolidated revision rounds cover the same floor and program. Corrections to our errors do not consume those rounds. Ordinary clarification is part of the conversation, not an automatic extra charge.
A different floor, use or materially changed program requires a new scope. If something material changes, we agree the effect on scope and timing explicitly.
