Decision adds

Fit and growth analysis, conceptual quantities and investment scenarios, preliminary schedule and source-backed spreadsheets. These are additional analyses of the same design, not extra spatial proposals.

Clear conditions

• Prices are in USD, before applicable taxes, based on the agreed work area. Areas above 20,000 ft² and special uses are quoted individually.
• 100% payment before work starts. First complete delivery in 24 consecutive hours after payment and sufficient project inputs; the date, time and time zone are confirmed.
• Two consolidated revision rounds cover the same space and program. A different floor or materially changed program requires a new scope. Our error corrections do not consume a round.
• Upgrade from Presentation to Decision by paying the difference for the same area and proposal. Each additional floor is priced separately.
• Portal hosting duration and continuity are agreed before payment. Editable formats and included dependencies are confirmed in scope.
