What a test fit answers
A test fit translates a tenant program into a proposed layout inside a specific shell. It helps the deal team discuss headcount, room mix, circulation, key adjacencies, and obvious spatial constraints.
It is most useful while locations or scenarios are still being compared, because it turns an abstract area into a visible planning hypothesis.

What a test fit does not answer
A schematic test fit is not a permit set, code analysis, engineered solution, professional seal, or construction document. Those require the appropriate licensed professionals and a broader design process.
